Nell Legrand

Nell Legrand is an experienced Project Manager at PCL Construction, specializing in Building Envelope and Glazing trades since April 2017. Prior roles include Project Coordinator/Scheduler and Project Coordinator, overseeing construction schedules, managing inquiries and submittals, and supporting project performance in terms of costs, quality, and safety. Prior to PCL Construction, Nell worked for Léon Grosse from October 2006 to December 2016 as a Project Manager during the design stage and also served as an Estimator and Purchaser, managing financial estimates, technical proposals, and subcontractor negotiations. Nell's educational background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and Enterprise Creation from INSA Lyon and studies in Architecture at the Ecole d'Architecture de Lyon.
