Sophia Cabungcal

Sophia Cabungcal is currently a Student Software Developer at PCL Construction since January 2025, with previous experience in the same role at PCL Construction from January 2024 to August 2024. In addition, Sophia has been a Customer Experience & Operations Supervisor at Kumon Canada, Inc. since October 2020, where significant contributions included managing study plans for over 450 students, developing an online check-in tool, and optimizing resources for teaching staff, leading to improved customer satisfaction and increased enrollment. Prior experience includes serving as a Site Survey Operations Administrator at Exactus Energy from May 2023 to December 2023 and volunteering at St. Joseph's Auxiliary Hospital under Alberta Health Services from July 2016 to December 2022, focusing on recreational programming and resident care. Sophia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Chemistry at the University of Alberta, expected to graduate in April 2025.
