Danish Yousuf

Danish Yousuf has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2014, they worked as an Accounting Associate at EY, where they managed accounting tasks using SAP. Danish then joined LE CHÂTEAU as a Key Holder/Assistant Manager in 2015. In 2016, they joined eHealth Ontario, first as a Training & Quality Analyst, where they analyzed quality and conducted training sessions, and later as a Technical Support Specialist, resolving customer issues over the phone and remote access. From 2017 to 2021, Danish worked at RBC Insurance as a Licensed Insurance Advisor, providing home and auto insurance services and consistently exceeding sales targets. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Product Specialist at PCLaw | Time Matters, offering creative solutions and exceptional customer service via live chat and email.

Danish Yousuf is currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics at Ryerson University, a program that started in 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) degree at Seneca College in 2020. In 2013, Danish obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University, where they studied from 2012 to 2013. Before pursuing their MBA, Danish completed a CA-Foundation degree in Accounting and Business/Management at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Danish has obtained a few certifications. In 2011, they obtained the CA Foundation certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. In 2017, they obtained the OTL certification from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
