Kristin Greer has extensive work experience in customer systems engineering and technical support roles. Kristin began their career in 2000 as a Production Senior Technician at Dell, where they excelled in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting Dell Desktop Systems. Kristin received two promotions within a year and received awards for performance and attendance.

In 2003, Greer transitioned to the role of Systems Support/Help Desk Technician/Jr. Admin at LifeTrust America, Inc. There, they provided support to over 600 end users across multiple facilities and managed various accounts, including NT accounts, email/exchange accounts, and proprietary software accounts.

From 2003 to 2004, they also worked as a LAN Tech at Lifetrust, where they supported over 600 end users in assisted living facilities and the corporate home office. Kristin'sresponsibilities included staging desktop and laptop systems and managing various accounts.

In 2004, Greer joined Juris, Inc. as a Senior Software Technician, providing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Juris software. Kristin also provided support via phone, email, and webex software.

Kristin then joined LexisNexis in 2004 as a Sr. Customer Systems Engineer. In this role, Greer supported clients and Certified Independent Consultants (CIC) utilizing TimeMatters software. Kristin handled various tasks such as installing and configuring SQL, installing the software, and escalating defects to the TimeMatters Development department.

Finally, in 2019, they joined PCLaw | Time Matters as a Senior Customer Systems Engineer, with similar responsibilities as their previous roles.

Kristin Greer attended ITT Technical Institute from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology/Computer Network Systems. Kristin also earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology/Computer Network Systems from the same institution at an unspecified time.
