Jacques Rioux is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency services and account management. Currently employed as a Volunteer Fireman and medical first responder for the City of Ile Perrot since February 2011, Jacques also serves as a certified instructor for the MSSS. Additionally, Jacques has been a Senior Account Executive at PCMG since June 2004, focusing on IT hardware and software needs for larger government accounts in the United States. As a First Responder in Cote Saint Luc and a former Primary Care Paramedic with Groupe Radisson Inc, Jacques has provided critical medical assistance in various emergency situations. Jacques's military experience as a Section Commander in the Canadian Armed Forces, coupled with previous roles in sales and product management at Insight, showcases strong leadership and technical skills. Jacques holds a degree in Pre Hospital Care, Primary Care Paramedic from John Abbott College.
