Gretchen Jones Rn Msn

Gretchen Jones RN MSN is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and patient care management. Currently serving as a Certified Mobile Research Registered Nurse at PCM Trials since February 2022, Gretchen actively participates in home-based research studies. With a volunteer role on the Steering Committee of the Nebraska Immunization Task Force since March 2021, Gretchen focuses on enhancing immunization rates across Nebraska. In their role as RN Coordinator for Patient Transformation and Practice Integration at CHI Health since August 2020, Gretchen works on optimizing clinic processes to improve patient outcomes and clinician job satisfaction. Previous positions include Manager of Clinical Services and Population Health Specialist at CHI Health at Home, RN Case Manager at Asera Care Hospice, and Clinical Manager at Maple Crest Nursing Home.
