Program Management Office (pmo) Lead

Chris Kim serves as the Program Management Office (PMO) Lead at PCMI since November 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Vice President of Program Management at AssuredPartners from February 2021 to October 2025, directing a team of project managers on a transformational initiative that consolidated retail front-office systems and optimized various business processes. Chris also served as Director of Operations Program Management, providing mentorship and support within the Retail Operations PMO, and as a Program Manager overseeing the replacement of regional systems with a unified enterprise solution. From October 2014 to February 2021, Chris led HUB International’s PMO, managing stakeholder engagement and delivering critical projects, including the implementation of an enterprise system for the Canadian Employee Benefits business. Prior experience includes a role as Project Lead at ADP and as an Implementation Consultant at Vertafore, alongside an early career as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance. Chris holds an MBA in Strategy from the Drucker School of Management and a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.
