Jingci Piao

Jingci Piao serves as the HR Manager at PCOnline since August 2021, where responsibilities include establishing benefit programs and overseeing legal compliance in employment matters. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Associate and Assistant at PCOnline, where Jingci trained new HR team members, participated in full-cycle recruiting, and led the onboarding process. Previous positions include assisting with program coordination at Boys & Girls Clubs of America and conducting research at the University of Delaware. Jingci holds a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences, a Master of Arts in Business Administration, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Human Services, all from the University of Delaware.
