Taufik Awaluddin Muharom

Taufik Awaluddin Muharom is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and customer relations. Currently serving as Branch Head and previously Deputy Branch Manager at PCP Express since August 2021, Taufik is responsible for acquiring new corporate customers, analyzing sales data, and ensuring timely delivery of goods in the Bandung and West Java regions. Taufik's experience also includes a role as Head of Operations Division, overseeing branch operations and optimizing delivery strategies. Prior to PCP Express, Taufik held the position of Assistant Team Manager at PT. Lawang Angin, where responsibilities included revenue program creation and team supervision. Taufik's career in the hospitality sector was marked by roles at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, starting as a Recreation Agent and advancing to Recreation Supervisor, focusing on safety management and event coordination. Taufik holds a Master's degree in Sport Physiology from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
