Lauren Hughes

Lauren Hughes has over two decades of experience in business analysis, data management, and program coordination. Currently working at the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) since July 2012, Lauren holds the position of Pricing Programs and Underwriting Services Program Coordinator, previously serving as a Business Analyst and Data Services Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure at ISO from April 2002 to July 2012 as a Senior Business Analyst and roles at Reliance Insurance Company from October 1994 to April 2002 as a Statistical Analyst. Lauren obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Business from La Salle University, completed in 1999, and attended Little Flower High School from 1990 to 1994.
