Lisa Linder

Lisa Linder has extensive work experience in the field of information technology, with a focus on business analysis and process improvement. Lisa is currently serving as the CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at the Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau (PCRB) since 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Chubb (formerly ACE Group) from 2009 to 2022, where they consistently delivered stability and growth. Lisa has also worked as a Management Consultant at ACE Group from 2005 to 2010, where they spearheaded various projects aimed at reducing costs, improving data accuracy, and enhancing regulatory compliance. Lisa began their career at CSC in 1989 as a Principal Consultant, where they worked with Fortune 500 clients and delivered business process improvement and enabling technology.

Lisa Linder obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University (also known as Pennsylvania State University) from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in October 2018.
