Tajamul Islam

Tajamul Islam has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Tajamul started their career as an Internee at Siemens, providing IT technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Tajamul then worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at Capital University of Science & Technology, where they managed and maintained computer labs and provided IT technical support to students, staff, and faculty.

Tajamul later joined Centre for Emerging Science Engineering & Technology as a Network Administrator, where they designed and implemented network infrastructure and performed various tasks related to WLAN/LAN network installation and configuration.

Tajamul also worked as a Lecturer at CESET Center for Emerging Science Engineering & Technology and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at International Islamic University, Islamabad, where they taught and imparted knowledge in their respective field.

Tajamul gained further experience as an Instructor at GATE Institute of Information Technology before joining JNNTurnkey IT Solutions as a Virtual Assistant - Director IT Operations. In this role, they managed IT operations and provided virtual assistance.

In addition, Tajamul has freelanced as a System Engineer on Fiverr and is currently employed at PCS as a System Engineer. With a strong background in network administration and IT operations, Tajamul has developed expertise in various areas, including hardware and software installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting, as well as network security and web filtering.

Tajamul Islam completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Lahore from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Tajamul Islam has also obtained several certifications. Tajamul completed Introduction to Managed Service Providers, Liongard Administrator Certification Assessment, Troubleshoot Customer Issues Faster, How to Write a Metric Learning Path, and Introduction to Liongard certifications from Liongard in May 2023. Furthermore, they hold an edX Verified Certificate for Cyberwar, Surveillance and Security, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
