Tina Lin

Tina is a project finance director with a background in structured finance, architectural design, and real estate development.

Prior to PCSD, Tina was with U.S. Bank’s Community Development Corporation and financed an array of real estate projects and commercial businesses, including several charter schools, through the New Markets Tax Credit, Historic Tax Credit and Renewable Energy Tax Credit programs. Tina also worked for a real estate developer focused on LEED sustainable design projects and an architectural design firm specializing in lighting design. She is excited to be working on bringing long-term, quality facilities to charter schools.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture Design and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from USC.
