Arthur Nowik is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over a decade in roles focused on engineering management and process improvement. Currently serving as Engineering and Lean Manager at PCX Aerosystems since April 2019, Arthur previously held positions as Engineering Manager at both WGI, Inc. and Paradigm Precision, where responsibilities included program management, process planning, and training engineering teams. Earlier in the career, Arthur worked as Development Engineer at EthosEnergy Group, Senior Process Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, Process Engineer at OnCore Manufacturing Services, and Performance Engineer at Alstom Power, gaining extensive expertise in manufacturing processes, product introduction, and performance assurance.
