Prior to this, from June 1994 to October 2016, James served as Operations Manager and FAA Accountable Manager at Precision Gear Incorporated, contributing to its FAA 145 certificated repair station and managing repair activities as Senior Manufacturing Engineer. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Queensborough Community College.
