Matthew Brush

Matthew Brush is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently at PCX Aerostructures since April 2018, Matthew connects HR practices with business growth strategies in flight-critical aerostructures manufacturing. Previously, as Global HR Leader at Harris CapRock Communications, Matthew managed HR business partnerships globally. Experience includes serving as CHRO at Genesee & Wyoming, overseeing a significant HR scaling during business growth, and HR leadership roles at Corning, Inc., and other organizations. Matthew holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
