Paula I.

Paula I. is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at PCX Aerosystems since July 2022, Paula has previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Defender Industries, Inc. and Senior Aerospace Connecticut, as well as vice president of Human Resources at Futurity First Insurance Group. Paula's career in human resources began at Guilford Specialty Group and also includes a tenure at Nurtur. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut, obtained between 1980 and 1984.
