Imee Cobarrubias

Imee Cobarrubias is a Certified Public Accountant and lawyer with over a decade of leadership experience in finance, accounting, and tax compliance, alongside more than three years in legal and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the OIC - Head of Legal and Compliance at PCX, they previously held the position of Vice President for Finance and Accounting and General Counsel for Labor and Corporate Affairs at Morning Star Milling Corporation. Imee has also worked as an Accounting Manager for Tax Compliance at Shang Properties, Inc., and as a Legal and Accounting Manager for a group of companies in realty, where they managed financial reporting and audits. With an educational background that includes a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Imee focuses on bridging financial expertise with legal insight to foster organizational success.
