Rachel Cawthorne

Rachel Cawthorne is an experienced Group Human Resources Manager at PD Ports, where Rachel has led a team providing HR support to over 1,450 employees since March 2001. Rachel has been pivotal in various projects, including serving as Project Lead on the Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee, developing strategic initiatives to enhance organizational culture. Prior to this role, Rachel served as Senior HR Officer and Group HR Officer, contributing to HR strategy development and engaging with senior leadership.
