Robin McGregor has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support, currently serving as the IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager at PD Ports since September 2003. In addition to this role, Robin has held positions as IT Service Desk Manager and IT Service Desk Team Leader, where responsibilities included coordinating a team of 9-12 engineers and providing 2nd line support for 650 IT users. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Support Engineer at Unilever from July 2001 to August 2003, where Robin functioned as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer.
