Sam Trowsdale has been working at PD Ports since October 2016, currently holding the position of Senior Service Desk Analyst as a 2nd Line Engineer. Prior to this role, Sam completed a Level 4 Network Infrastructure Apprenticeship with QA Ltd, passing multiple BCS exams.
