Ana Valera Rubio

Ana Valera Rubio has extensive work experience in the field of HR Analytics and People Analytics. Ana has held positions such as Head of People Analytics at PDA HRtech, Ambassador at Cognitive Talent Solutions, and People Analytics Manager at Verisure Securitas Direct. Ana has also been involved in teaching roles at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Leadership & Management School. Throughout their career, Ana has demonstrated a strong focus on utilizing data to generate value for clients and organizations.

Ana Valera Rubio completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at EAE Business School from 2020-2022. Prior to that, they earned a Máster en Educación y TIC in e-learning from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2009-2011. Ana also completed a Programa superior "Mujer y Liderazgo" at ALITER, Escuela internacional de Negocios in 2013-2014. Their initial degree was in Psicología with a focus on Recursos Humanos from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2002-2008. Ana has also obtained additional certifications in HR Visual & Design thinking, People Analytics, and other related areas.
