Leonardo Lammers is a co-founder of PDA HRtech, where since January 2004, contributions have been focused on developing an online assessment tool that identifies behavioral profiles and compatibility for various positions within organizations. PDA HRtech is scientifically supported, recognized by the American Institute of Business Psychology (AIOBP), and holds ISO 9001 certification. Prior to this role, Leonardo was a founding partner and director at Peak Performance, Inc. from 1998 to 2003. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Palermo, earned between 1987 and 2001.
