Jesper Morelli Hansen

Jesper Morelli Hansen has significant work experience in the field of software development and optimization. Jesper started their career at Carmen Systems in 1998 as an Optimization Developer, where they worked until 2000. Jesper then returned to Carmen Systems in 2003 as a Senior Consultant and continued in this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Jesper worked as a Senior Consultant & Optimization Expert at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, primarily focusing on rail, logistics, and terminals. Jesper then transitioned to the role of Optimization Expert at the same company and remained in this position until 2014. In 2014, Jesper joined PDC A/S as a Software Developer, where they currently work. Additionally, Jesper has also been serving as a Censor at the Technical University of Denmark since 2007.

Jesper Morelli Hansen's education history includes a Ph.D. in Operations Research from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, which they pursued from 2000 to 2003. In 2002, Jesper also had the opportunity to be a visiting student for their Ph.D. at Imperial College London, specializing in Operations Research. Prior to their Ph.D. studies, Jesper completed their Master of Science degree in Business Economics and Management Science, with a specialization in cand.merc.(mat.), from Copenhagen Business School between 1992 and 1998.
