Daryl Bridges

Daryl Bridges has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they served as the Executive Director/Lead Organizer at the Massachusetts Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice, where they successfully turned around the struggling non-profit organization by implementing strategic initiatives and securing funding. During their tenure, they supported campaigns that advocated for the rights of low-wage, vulnerable, and immigrant workers.

In 2013, Daryl transitioned to the retail industry and worked as a Merchandise Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc. for three years. In this role, they managed the merchandising operations and contributed to the organization's overall success.

In 2016, Daryl moved into the technology sector and joined Quickbase as a Technical Support Specialist. Daryl quickly progressed to the role of Technical Support/Customer Care Manager, where they led a team of 15 support professionals. Daryl developed team policies, training materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure customers received prompt assistance. Daryl also acted as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and product escalations.

Most recently, in 2023, Daryl became the Director of Support at Apryse. With their strong background in support management, they continue to drive customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of support services within the company.
