The Disc Golf Operations team at the PDGA focuses on enhancing the overall player experience and promoting the growth of disc golf at all levels. This team is responsible for organizing and supporting tournaments, developing courses, and providing resources for tournament directors and players. They also work on fostering community engagement and expanding outreach efforts to increase participation in disc golf both recreationally and competitively.
