Chris Tauchnitz

Chris Tauchnitz is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer III at PDI Software since December 2020. With a strong background in leadership, Chris held significant roles such as Chairman of the POSBO Standards Committee and Vice Chairman of the Intelligent Cash Drawer Standards Committee at Conexxus.org from August 2019 to September 2020. Additionally, Chris has contributed as a Solutions Consultant at ROC Associates and has extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Verifone from January 1995 to September 2018. As a board member of Sanibel Beach Club II Condominium Association Inc. from November 2012 to October 2023, Chris engaged actively in community governance. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Web Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technologies from NEC Technical Institute.
