Phoebe A. Burns

Phoebe A. Burns, MBA, is an accomplished Consumer Engagement Manager and CRM Marketing Consultant at PDI Technologies since February 2022. Previously, Phoebe served as Communications & Education Director at the Apartment Association of Kansas City from September 2018 to February 2022, overseeing all communications and educational events. Prior experience includes roles at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association as Manager of Continuing Legal Education, where Phoebe managed the creation and execution of CLE programs, and various positions in retail and educational coordination. Phoebe holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing communications and event management.
