Jeanne-Nicole Byers

Jeanne-Nicole Byers is the CEO of PDM Productive Data Management, Inc., a software development company specializing in healthcare and medical software, with a focus on customer success through excellent service and technical support. With a career at PDM spanning over three decades, Jeanne-Nicole initially served as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Product Manager, responsible for key projects such as transitioning products to the Windows platform and developing the PiMS Patient Information Management Solutions software. Progressing to Director of Technical Design and later CEO, responsibilities included product design, implementation support, and managing the expansion of services to enhance client offerings. Jeanne-Nicole holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a Certificate in Graphic Design from UCLA Extension, and an iOS Developer Nanodegree from Udacity.
