Marlon Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, product development, and marketing within the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation - Beverages at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Marlon leads an innovation team to develop the product portfolio for a significant segment of the business. Marlon has also held influential roles at Molson Coors Beverage Company, including Director of Innovation Americas and General Manager Non-Alcohol Portfolio, where responsibilities encompassed innovation strategies and P&L management. Previously, leadership positions at companies such as Corby Spirit and Wine Limited and Pernod Ricard involved overseeing various brand portfolios and marketing strategies. Marlon holds an MBA from IESA and advanced degrees in Statistics from Universidad Simón Bolívar, along with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, Marlon contributes to the Product Development and Management Association as an Executive Board Member.
