Donna Kingry

Donna Kingry, PhD, is an experienced professional in industrial-organizational psychology, currently serving as Managing Scientist and Team Lead at PDRI by Pearson since October 2017. In this role, Donna oversees complex projects, guiding a team of IO psychologists while focusing on talent development. Previous positions include Senior Research Scientist at both PDRI and CEB, where duties involved managing large datasets, conducting psychometric analyses, and developing assessment solutions. Donna's background also includes project management and research roles with organizations such as Elevate Tempus, Performance Associates, and the Navy Personnel Research Studies and Technology. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master's in I/O Psychology, both from The University of Memphis, supplemented by a Bachelor's in Psychology and Philosophy.
