Elaine Pulakos

Elaine Pulakos serves as the Chief Executive Officer of PDRI by Pearson since April 2018, leading business and product strategy within SHL's extensive talent management portfolio. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director on the Talent Management Leadership Team at CEB, now Gartner, and President at PDRI, where Elaine focused on growth through organic and M&A strategies. Additional positions held include Chief Operating Officer at PreVisor, Executive Vice President at both ePredix and Korn Ferry, and Senior Staff Scientist at Human Resources Research Organization. Elaine Pulakos holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Penn State University.
