Taylor Hawes

Taylor Hawes is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Dental Services since June 2019, Taylor has successfully guided the company through challenging times, significantly improving operating free cash flows and fostering profitable growth. Prior to this role, Taylor provided CFO consulting services, advising start-ups and mid-market firms on financial management and business strategy. Taylor's tenure at Microsoft from 2003 to 2016 included various leadership positions, culminating in overseeing global real estate and facilities operations across 775 locations. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business.
