Bhavani Shankar

Bhavani Shankar has extensive experience in the field of marketing and merchandising. Bhavani started their career as a Senior Merchandiser at TSS India in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Bhavani then joined Roverco Apparel Company Pvt Ltd as a Marketing Merchandising Manager, where they excelled in developing supply chain strategies and streamlining operations. In 2008, they moved to PEARL GLOBAL INDUSTRIES LTD (PGIL) as a General Manager of Marketing and Merchandising, overseeing merchandising teams and setting ambitious goals. From 2017 to 2021, Bhavani served as the Business Head of Marketing and Merchandising at MUST GARMENT CORPORATION LTD, where they handled multi-channel sourcing and procurement activities. Currently, Bhavani is working at PDS Multinational as a Business Head, contributing to business growth and revenue goals through efficient sourcing and merchandising strategies.

Bhavani Shankar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Garment Designing from Mangalore Institute of Fashion Technology in Mangalore, India, from 1999 to 2002. Subsequently, in 2002 and 2003, they attended the National Institute of Fashion Technology in India, where they obtained a Post-Graduate Diploma in Garment Export Merchandising Management.
