Dedar Ul Arab

Dedar Ul Arab is currently serving as a Supplier Development Specialist at PDS Limited since July 2023. Previously, Dedar Ul Arab worked at Newage Group of Industries from July 2014 to June 2023, holding positions such as Assistant Manager of HR & Sustainability, Nominated Sustainability Responsible, and Senior Officer in HR & Sustainability. Dedar Ul Arab's professional focus includes monitoring the Wage Management System through the Fair Wage Project and overseeing annual performance management. Dedar Ul Arab holds a Master of Professional Human Resources Management from the University of Dhaka (January 2018 - October 2022) and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Southeast University (2008 - 2012). Additionally, Dedar Ul Arab is pursuing an LLB degree at Uttara Adhunik Law College since 2021.
