Maria Escobar

Maria Escobar has a diverse range of work experience in HR spanning over several companies. Maria began their career as an HR Assistant at Rohm and Haas in 2002. Maria then worked as an HR Consultant at Decision Dynamics AB from 2003 to 2006. Maria then joined Region Skåne where they held various HR roles and worked on numerous organizational changes and development projects from 2006 to 2015. After leaving Region Skåne, Maria moved on to Landskrona stad, where they served as an HR Consultant, HR Process Leader, and finally as an HR Manager within the Education Administration. Maria joined PDSVISION in 2019 as the Head of HR and later became the Nordic Head of HR in January 2021. Maria has a wealth of experience in both strategic and operational HR, with a particular focus on organizational changes and development projects.

Maria Escobar has a Magisterexamen degree in PA-programmet from Lund University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Maria also completed a Processledarutbildning at Kristianstad University from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they pursued a Samhällsvetenskaplig linje degree at Fässbergsgymnasiet from 1992 to 1995. Maria has obtained several certifications, including Nordisk arbetsrätt 1 – likheter och skillnader from BG Institute in June 2021, MBTI from Assessio in March 2013, Decision Dynamics Jungian Type Index (JTI) from Decision Dynamics AB in August 2005, as well as Decision Dynamics Career Model and Decision Dynamics Decision Style Model, both from Decision Dynamics AB, in February 2003.
