Matthias Pfeifer

Matthias Pfeifer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Matthias'smost recent position is as the Chief Business Development Officer at PDSVISION since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at PDSVISION Germany from October 2014 to December 2021. Before their time at PDSVISION, Matthias was the Managing Director at Simonsoft GmbH from September 2013 to December 2021. Additionally, they have held positions at LEAP Australia, including General Manager from May 2010 to August 2013, Sales Manager from March 2007 to April 2010, and PLM Consultant from August 2004 to February 2007. Matthias also worked at PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation) as a PDM Group Leader from December 2002 to July 2004 and as a PDM Application Engineer from March 2001 to November 2002. Matthias started their career in the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) as part of the Crisis Response Force (KRK) from 1993 to 1995.

Matthias Pfeifer's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Leipzig University for their undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering. Matthias completed their Vordiplom, which is roughly equivalent to a B.Sc., in this field from 1996 to 1999.

Matthias then pursued further education at Portland State University from 2000 to 2001, earning an M.Sc. degree in Engineering & Technology Management.

Matthias has also been certified as a Windchill PLM - Consulting Certified Professional, a Windchill PLM - PreSales Certified Professional, and a Windchill PLM - Sales Certified Professional, all from PTC.
