Terry Allan

Terry Allan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and business improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Improvement Lead and Area Manager for PDSA since March 2014, Terry oversees five animal hospitals, fostering team engagement to achieve cost reductions and revenue increases, alongside implementing a new clinical management system. Previously, as General Manager at HarperCollins Publishers from October 2012 to December 2013, Terry led an 800,000 square foot warehouse operation, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Terry's tenure at Royal Mail from December 2004 to October 2012 included roles such as Head of Delivery Operations and Area Commercial Manager, with a strong focus on financial management, operational metrics, and strategic change management. Terry holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Glasgow, with additional educational background from St Andrews and Clydebank.
