Jonathan Staebell has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership, currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at Paragon Development Systems since January 2011. Responsibilities include training new agents, conducting one-on-one coaching, ensuring call quality and agent efficiency, addressing performance issues, documenting and communicating process changes, and resolving complex customer issues. Previously, Jonathan held positions as a Tier 1 Analyst at Advantage Valet Parking, Inc., and as a Valet at Warren Perception Lab, where tasks involved running experiments and data management. Early career roles included a variety of positions at the Kenwood Inn and a brief summer role as a Bagger at Woodmans Grocery. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completing studies in 2010.
