Jason Petrone is a seasoned professional in the field of technology and finance, currently serving as Managing Director at PDT Partners since May 2016. With prior experience as Managing Director at Bank of America from June 2010 to February 2016, Jason contributed to the development of the Quartz Risk Platform. Jason's career also includes roles in analytic strategies at JPMorgan Chase and enterprise application infrastructure at Morgan Stanley. Earlier experience includes work as a Technical Staff member at the Corporation for National Research Initiatives, where technology for digital rights management was developed, and as a Software Developer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University.
