Previously, Bruce held multiple roles at Ford Motor Company from March 2012 to October 2022, including Parts Program Manager within FTC Finance, where responsibilities involved overseeing parts sales to global dealers and analyzing financial operations. Bruce began career at Atwell-Hicks and Midwestern Consulting, managing land development projects and leading teams. Bruce holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
