Howard Waidley, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in site development and transportation projects. Currently serving as Senior Staff Engineer at PEA Group since December 2015, Waidley has contributed to various market areas. Prior to this role, Waidley worked as a Civil Engineer III at Mannik and Smithgroup, Inc., focusing on MDOT projects from May 2009 to December 2015, and served as Civil Engineer III at JJR, LLC from October 2002 to January 2009, engaging in civil design across multiple sectors. Waidley holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
