Kevin Staley has a significant amount of experience in the field of engineering and land development. Kevin began their career at Boss Engineering in 1993 as a Project Engineer and worked there until 1998. Kevin then joined Seiber Keast & Associates as a Project Engineer, specializing in residential and commercial developments, where they worked until 2001. Atwell-Hicks hired Kevin as a Project Manager in 2001, where they led a team of four individuals and was responsible for client relations, proposals, meeting project deadlines, and budgets. In 2007, they joined Rowe Incorporated as a Project Manager, overseeing land development projects in Michigan and South Carolina. Kevin managed a three-person design team and handled proposal preparation, monthly invoicing, client relations, business development, and project timelines and budgets. Kevin stayed with Rowe Incorporated until 2012, when they joined PEA Group as a Principal and Vice President. In this role, they have continued to excel, and as of 2023, they are currently serving as Vice President at the company.
