Rachel Smith, P.E., LEED AP, has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as an Associate and Senior Project Manager at PEA Group since June 1998. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Structural Engineer at Needham & Associates from January 1998 to June 1998, focusing on structural and foundation design, as well as CADD and shop drawing reviews. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1993 and 1997, and continued education at Wayne State University from 2000 to 2002.
