Karolina Ringholt is currently a Projektchef at Peab, having served as Platschef from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at LKAB as a Bergssprängare from 2008 to 2016, and held various positions including Project Engineer at ÅF and Projektledare at Projektengagemang. Karolina also gained experience as a Production Engineer at Skanska from 2016 to 2017. They completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics at Kungliga tekniska högskolan and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology from Uppsala universitet.
