Erin Poindexter

Erin Poindexter currently serves as the Director of Development Operations at Peabody Essex Museum since March 2021. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Nonprofit Consultant for the Clyfford Still Museum, focusing on grant research and proposal writing. Erin's experience also includes positions such as Development Information Systems Coordinator at California Academy of Sciences and various roles at Clyfford Still Museum, where responsibilities spanned database administration and volunteer management. Additional experience includes teaching and program management in educational settings, including Mother Caroline Academy, The Living Arts School, and Rhode Island School of Design, where Erin developed and coordinated art education programs. Erin holds a Master of Arts in Art + Design Education from Rhode Island School of Design, along with degrees in Visual Arts and Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina institutions.
