Joycelyn Snell is the President of Professional Career Solutions, LLC, providing specialized advisory and consulting services to C-suite executives, boards, and organizations in Fortune 500 companies, emerging start-ups, and non-profits since 1997. With over 30 years of corporate executive experience, Joycelyn focuses on strategic planning, leadership development, and governance. Additionally, Joycelyn serves as a Board Advisor for the Peabody Essex Museum and previously held positions as a Trustee for the Salem State University Assistance Corporation, Advisor at MIT Sloan School of Management, and Advisor & Lecturer at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government. Joycelyn's earlier career includes significant roles in corporate HR at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, specializing in leadership development across Western Europe.
