Andrea Joseph is an experienced professional in asset management and project delivery, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Peabody since April 2022 and a Board Member at Housing Pathways since May 2020. Previously, Andrea held several key positions at Catalyst Housing Limited, including Assistant Director of Asset Management and Senior Project Manager, overseeing investment planning, asset allocation, and major project implementations. With a solid foundation in construction and building surveying, gained through a Master’s Degree in Construction Commercial Management from the University of Westminster and a Master of Science in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, Andrea combines technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive successful outcomes in complex housing projects.
