Andrew Mott

Andrew Mott has extensive experience in project and delivery management, currently serving as Head of Delivery at Peabody since April 2020, after holding the positions of Senior Development Manager and Development Manager. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at Mace from September 2014 to April 2020, progressing from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager within the public sector, specifically in higher education. Earlier career experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager in consultancy and Graduate Engineer at Barhale Trant Utilities, managing design coordination and small projects. Additionally, participation in the Excellence With Industry scheme provided valuable experience through multiple summer placements with Southern Water during university studies. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Brighton, obtained in 2013.
