Colin O'Neill

Colin O'Neill is an experienced professional in the field of housing and policy development. Colin currently holds the position of Head Of Older Peoples Services at Peabody. Prior to this, Colin was the Independent Living Housing Lead at Essex County Council and Strategic Planning and Change Manager at Notting Hill Genesis. Colin has a strong background in policy consulting, operational management, and quality assurance within various organizations. Colin has also been actively involved as a board member at The Foyer Federation and as co-founder of Shortstop Housing Project. Colin holds a BA (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning from Coventry University.
